Guangchao Zhuang

Guangchao is currently a postdoctoral research associate in the Joye lab. He has been studying biogeochemistry for his PhD degree at the Center for Marine Environmental Sciences (MARUM), University of Bremen, Germany, since September, 2010. His research focuses on the generation and fate of methylated substrates for methanogenesis in marine sediments. Guangchao visited the Joye Research Group to study the methanogenic substrates utilization with radiotracer technique from July to August, 2013.
